BECOME A MEMBER

 

Becoming a member is important because it is a statement that this place is your place. You can belong here and have a great time here without membership, but membership is a commitment you make to us and yourself that you will intentionally be a part of what God has called this community to do. So, it's important.

 

The steps are really easy: 

1. Attend your Campus Growth Track 

2. Fill out your Community Commitment

3. Start Serving 

 

JOIN A SMALL GROUP

 

We have groups for all ages throughout the week - fill out form online on your campuses page, sign upat the connection center at your campus or contact your campus for more information.

 

JOIN A SERVE TEAM

 

1. Fill out a card online or in person

2. Attend your campus Growth Track

3. Get on the schedule and serve!

 

WAYS TO GIVE

Giving is a celebration of worship for the Community Church family and that is why we have convenient ways for you to give your tithes and offerings.

 

1. Offering Boxes - We have offering boxes located at the exits of the sanctuary. Offering envelopes are available at the connection center.

 

2. By Mail - 5720 Buncombe Rd. Shreveport, LA 71129 - specify which campus

 

3. Online Giving - Click “Give” button at the top of the page

You will be able to give a one-time gift or reoccurring gift. You can choose whether your gift is tithes, offerings, or for a specific area. Email confirmation will be sent.

 

3. Smart Giving

Contact your campus for campus specfic number.

Text number. Click link and follow instructions to register credit/debit card. Once you register your card once, you will not have to register your card again. Make sure to include tags with the amount. If you need to split your offering, do so by sending it in two different texts with correct appropriate tags. An email confirmation will be sent. To check giving history or update account information, visit kindrid.com. Login using your cell phone number.

 

4. We also will "pass the bag" at various times during the year.

 

 

GET BAPTIZED

 

If you have made a decision to follow Christ, we believe that the Bible asks you to be baptized. All you need to do is sign up at the church on Sunday or during the week. Baptism is the public announcement of your private expression of faith. So, be sure to invite your friends and family. 

 

 

DEDICATE YOUR CHILD

 

We believe that baptism is an expression of an individual's decision to follow Christ as an adult. So, we do not offer infant baptism. However, we would love the chance to pray for and dedicate your child to God in front of our church family. Dedications usually happen during one service on Sunday mornings. Please call your campus to schedule a good weekend for your baby dedication. We are also happy to pray for and dedicate older children, under 10, as well.
